Delivery Terms

Shipping only within the EU, international destinations via email contact.

All items are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure they are delivered safely and in perfect condition. Possible personal delivery of the product within The Netherlands.

Shipping and delivery time depends on the chosen shipping company.

NL = 1 to 2 weeks

EU = 2 to 4 weeks

INT = 6 weeks+

 

We do not take responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

 

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs may vary based on your location and will apply to your order. They will be calculated at the time of purchase. The shipping company will be chosen by the seller, and the buyer is responsible for covering these shipping costs. Buyer will be informed with costs of the artwork + shipping costs. Additional VAT or TAX may apply if you are not from the EU. The buyer will be responsible for any VAT/TAX, even when it is not paid by the buyer; the buyer will be responsible for a new shipment when it is refused by customs and returned to us.

 

Return Policy:

Artworks and prints cannot be returned for physical appointments.

The right of withdrawal applies only within the EU; the buyer is responsible for the cost of an insured and incl. return shipment with tracking. This applies if the artwork is purchased online at www.dappie.be
All returned products must be unused and include their original packaging.

International orders cannot be cancelled as the right of withdrawal is not applicable.

Custom works, ordered by a buyer, cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded; withdrawal does not apply in this situation because the work will be made specifically on commission. From the moment the buyer confirms the order, the buyer can no longer withdraw from the agreement.
